Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you a confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, and will refund you in full if we do.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is added at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but not for orders already placed.

Products

Items are printed to order. Colours on your screen may differ slightly from the finished item, and print position can vary by a small margin. This is normal for printed goods and is not a fault.

Returns

See our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Intellectual property

All Midlife Mercenaries names, logos, artwork and designs are our property. You may not reproduce or resell them.

Liability

We are responsible for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this contract, but not for losses that were not foreseeable. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
