Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Midlife Mercenaries gear. If something is wrong, email midlifemercs@gmail.com and we will sort it out.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including postage. You will not be asked to pay return shipping.

Right to cancel (UK and EU customers)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Tell us by email within those 14 days, then return the item within a further 14 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Return postage for a change of mind is paid by you. We will refund the item price and standard outbound postage within 14 days of receiving the item back.

How our products are made

Our items are printed to order by our print partner, which is why we cannot offer exchanges by return of post. If you need a different size or colour, request a refund and place a new order.

Sizing

Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. Ordering the wrong size is treated as a change of mind, not a fault.

Refunds

Refunds are made to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few working days to show it.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
